The flashing cursor indicates that the person's name is to be typed on this line. After completing the name, the operator must activate the "process" symbol. This computer will then search for the first occurence of this name and display moer personal information below. If controls appear to the right of this area indicating an upward or downward sort, it means more than one person's name corresponds with what the operator typed in. by selecting either of these controls the operator can scroll through the possible listing.
