If the name is correct or after the correct one has been located, the call will be forwarded by activating the "Send" symbol. the call will be routed to a line or set of lines assigned to that person or department. If all available lines are busy the screen will display a message indicating so. By activating "Send" again a "Hold & Forward" circuit will be activated and the call will be forwarded as soon as a free line occurs. If the operator wishes to contact the person by another way, the "Cancel" symbol can be activated and "Floor #" or "Department" can be selected.
